WATCH  | A Snow White-themed cottage about an hour-and-a-half outside of Seattle is up for sale.

This distinctive home is based out of Olalla, Washington and has been dubbed "Snow White's Cottage." According to the Kitsap Sun, the original owners, Richey and Karen Morgan, built the first part of this house in the early 1970s.

Morgan said he was prompted to construct a home "more in tune with the natural world" as opposed to a common style of home. He felt the Olalla cottage's "undulating walls and rooflines felt more organic and natural to him."

It was not until 2005 that the current owner, Evonne Bess, completed the Disney-themed cottage, which sits on a 7.5-acre lot complete with a tree house and a water wheel.

This 2,800-square-foot, four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bath cottage has hand-built doors that have ornate hinges and latches, carved wooden beams, and walls that evoke a magical cave.

Real estate broker Rick Ellis describes the house as an amazing storybook home -- one that needs an owner who is ready and willing to put effort and imagination into maintaining the surreal masterpiece.
