WATCH |  Josh McCall, 30, of Port Orchard, Wash., received his final wish before dying: a chance to see his beloved Green Bay Packers play the Seattle Seahawks at Lambeau Field and to meet some of the players.

Josh was diagnosed with cerebral palsy (CP) since birth. CP is a neurological disorder that impacts body movement and muscle coordination and patients sometime suffer from early deaths in age due to its severity.

Josh was placed in hospice care after complications had risen from his cerebral palsy condition.

A report in 2013 by the United Cerebral Palsy estimates there are 764,000 children and adults "manifest one or more of the symptoms of cerebral palsy."

His family posted about Josh's death on his Facebook page saying, "He is now at peace."
