Middleton grew up as a gamer, mainly playing Halo and going to local competitive events.
While attending Missouri State University for a Bachelors degree in Exercise & Movement Science, he decided to see how physical exercise impacted gameplay.
After finding that the gamers who exercised regularly outperformed those who didn't, he had an idea, which sparked the origin of his business
Through EPL, Middleton offers services for to plan fitness regiments and dieting, and aims to provide a communal space where gamers can come together to discuss physical health.
He has worked with teams at the collegiate and professional level, and aims to expand.
