Election 2016

The famous Radio City Rockettes are not being pressured to perform at Trump's inaugural.

The Madison Square Garden Company said on Friday that the famous dancers would not be compelled, by MSG or their union, to perform next month at President-elect Donald Trump's inaugural festivities.

"For a Rockette to be considered for an event, they must voluntarily sign up and are never told they have to perform at a particular event, including the inaugural," MSG said in a statement.

The company said "it is always their choice, despite rumors that the Rockettes were being forced to perform.

Last week, postings circulated that the Rockettes' union was forcing them to perform.

Mormon Tabernacle Choir is also slated to perform at the 2017 inauguration.

Even with the Rockettes set to perform, Trump's still frustrated with "A" list celebs.
