McDonald's and Uber are joining forces so you can order McNuggets on the flyby Circa News

After several sweeping changes engulfed McDonald's in recent months, including all-black employee uniforms, the fast food chain announced its partnership with Uber's food-delivery service UberEATS on Wednesday, Business Insider reported. "McDelivery" will be available in more than 1,000 locations, including Los Angeles, Chicago, Columbus, Ohio, Phoenix, Arizona, and Florida.

"We are bringing a new level of convenience to more of our customers as we continue to transform the McDonald's experience," McDonald's CEO Steve Easterbrook said in a statement.

But, before you order that Egg McMuffin, you might want to check your wallet. Not only is there a five-dollar booking fee, but the breakfast sandwich will cost you about $11. Prices could increase even more if you live in a busy area or you decide to tip the courier, BuzzFeed reported.

There may be long waits, too.

The two companies decided to launch a full-fledge partnership after pilot testing in Florida led to growth and higher levels of customer satisfaction.
